The diet is pretty simple. You have the same thing for breakfast every day. It includes 1 piece of fruit by your choice, except for bananas and grapes. The best choice is blueberries or blackberries because they will provide your body with antioxidants.

1st day

Lunch – 1 egg, 1 cup of yogurt and 1 orange

Dinner – 2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, small bowl of lettuce or half a cucumber and 2 pieces of toast

2nd day

Lunch – 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of yogurt and 1 orange

Dinner – 1 orange, 1 piece of toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar and 125 grams of red meat

3rd day

Lunch – 1 boiled egg, 1 orange and 1 cucumber

Dinner – 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar, 125 grams of red meat, 1 piece of toast and 1 orange

4th day

Lunch – 125 grams of cottage cheese, 1 orange and 1 piece of toast

Dinner – the same as the previous day

5th day

Lunch – 1 tomato, 200 grams of cooked fish or cooked meat and 1 piece of toast

Dinner – peas, potatoes and half a pound of cooked carrots

Take a 2-day break after the 5 days of dieting and then repeat. Cook the vegetables with no salt and avoid alcohol. If you have some health problems, consult a doctor before starting the diet.
