These dangerous and filthy insects can be in every corner of your precious home. We often use chemical products to keep them away, but these products are harmful and ineffective after a long term use. Here are some natural ways that will permanently remove the pests from your home.

Ants

Cut some cucumber slices and put them in places where the ants enter your kitchen. Ants cannot stand the smell of cucumbers.

Spraying soap water or placing mint tea bags or mint tea leaves can also stop the ants from entering your home.

Boric acid together with mint apple jelly can kill pharaoh ants.

To destroy a colony of ants, mix 1 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon borax and 1 liter of water. Dip cotton balls in the mixture, place them in a yogurt container and make holes to allow the ants to enter inside. They will carry the cotton balls in the colony as food and they will die from it.

Cockroaches

Keep your house clean to keep the cockroaches away. Cucumber slices can also be effective.

You can also mix corn flour, sugar powder and boric acid powder to poison cockroaches. The boric powder will even kill the other cockroaches that come in contact with the infected one.

Mosquitoes

A clean house with no source of stagnant water will not attract mosquitoes. You can prepare a spray that is effective for 6 hours by mixing 5 parts of water and 1 part of garlic juice.

Applying seem oil on your skin will deter mosquitoes and kill other harmful bacteria. The marigold plant can also deter mosquitoes from your garden.

You can also rub your skin with a stem of lemon grass and the citronella in it will keep the mosquitoes away.

Flies

Clean house and crashed mint leaves will prevent flies from entering your home. A few drops of eucalyptus oil on a cotton cloth will also keep the flies away.

You should also clean your drains with bleach powder and boiling water.
