This is the right diet for you if you are searching for a strict regime. However, you must follow the rules.

This is a strict diet, but some exceptions and changes can be made. For instance, you can replace meat with lentils or certain vegetables with some others.

You are not allowed to add any spices, sweeteners loaded with calories and cooking sprays to your meals. Also don’t consume ingredients that are not listed, such as additional juices or coffee. The diet lasts for only 3 days and in those days you will reach the optimal metabolic rate, feel full of energy and remove the excess fat in your body. Before you repeat this diet, make a pause of 4 days.

1st day

For breakfast, consume 1 cup of tea or coffee and ½ a grapefruit with 1 slice of toast. For lunch, consume \ 1 cup of tea or coffee, one slice of toast and ½ a tune. For dinner, you can eat 1 apple, 1 cup of ice cream, 3 oz of meat and one cup of green beans.

2nd day

Start your day with one toast slice, ½ a banana and 1 egg. For lunch, consume 5 crackers, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 more egg. For dinner, eat one cup broccoli, ½ a cup carrots, 2 hotdogs, 1 cup vanilla ice cream and ½ a banana.

3rd day

Start your day with 5 crackers, one apple and 1 slice cheddar cheese. For lunch, you can consume one slice toast and 1 boiled egg. For dinner, you can eat one cup tuna, ½ a banana and ice cream.

For optimal results, you should try to stay physically active. If you are suffering from obesity, at least try to take walks. If you are active on a regular basis, you can always use the treadmill, go swimming, go jogging or jump the rope.
